St. Johns County Offers Free COVID-19 Testing

The free COVID-19 testing site offered by St. Johns County in partnership with Nomi Health opened today. COVID-19 tests are now available for those ages 12 months and older. Community members can visit the St. Johns County Wind Mitigation Building, 3111 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily to receive either a rapid (antigen) or PCR COVID-19 test. Rapid test results will be available same day, and PCR results can be expected within 24 to 48 hours. Results will be received via email and/or text message.
Residents do not need to be symptomatic to take a test. Appointments are not necessary, but pre-registration is strongly encouraged to expedite the testing process. To pre-register, please visit

COVID-19 Vaccine Providers in St. Johns County – List and Location Map

The COVID-19 vaccine is offered at a variety of retail pharmacy and private medical practice locations throughout St. Johns County. All Florida residents are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. You must be 16 years of age and older to receive the Pfizer vaccine and 18 years of age and older to receive the Moderna or Johnson and Johnson vaccine. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. COVID-19 vaccines are free for eligible Florida residents.
