Shands Fishing Pier Closure – The Shands Fishing Pier, 10000 Shands Pier Road, will be closed July 18 - October 1, 2018 for maintenance and repairs to the decking and handrails. Vilano Boat Ramp Floating Dock Repaired and Open to the Public – Temporary repairs to the floating dock at the Vilano Boat Ramp are complete and boaters now have safe and improved access to their vessels. The dock will be permanently repaired and open in February 2019. St. Johns County thanks residents and visitors for their patience during the improvements and repairs. St. Johns Golf Club Master Plan – County Commissioners approved Phase III of a Master Plan and Architectural redesign project for the St. Johns Golf Club. The final initiative will include recommendations regarding drainage, irrigation, an updated course design, and a land plan for potential infill residential units. Trout Creek Park Playground Closure – The playground is closed until further notice due to necessary repairs. The playground will remain closed until assessments and repairs have been completed.
